People everywhere are sharing the message (including me!) and everyone has their own unique take on what it looks like, how to earn it and what to do daily to feel it.

The first thing you need to understand is that Self Love is a practice and there’s not just one way to do it, feel it or get it.

I believe learning to love yourself is a process and is something we need to focus on each day. Self Love is like a muscle – the more you use it, the stronger it gets… and the stronger it is, the more others will notice.

You may not loooove every ounce of yourself every day. It’s okay. We all have insecurities and struggles.

We’re perfectly imperfect. 

But the more you learn to love your body and your life, the gentler you’ll be on yourself when you are feeling flawed.

The sooner you’re able to reframe a negative thought into a loving one, the stronger your love for yourself will feel.
